How AAC Works on the Road:

🏁 GR Yaris Bonus Feature

Thanks to its manual handbrake, the GR Yaris benefits from an exclusive bonus feature: The warning message and beeping sound when driving with the handbrake engaged are automatically delayed by 5 seconds. Ideal for controlled drifts and spirited driving, which the GR Yaris was built for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the AAC-Module deactivate the Road Sign Assist (RSA)?
No. Road signs will continue to be detected and displayed as usual. The AAC Module only disables the speed warning, not the sign recognition itself.
Can’t the ISA already be muted using the shortcut on the navigation screen?
Yes, newer Toyota models have an ISA mute shortcut on the navigation screen but it only mutes ISA.
The speed icon still blinks when you go over the speed limit. Also LDA, PCS or DMS cannot be disabled, and warning lights are not suppressed.
The AAC Module is still the only real solution.
Can I install the AAC-Module myself, or should it be done by a workshop?
For most models, installation is straightforward with a bit of basic experience. Our detailed, beginner-friendly guides walk you through every step. For premium models like the Land Cruiser, we recommend having the installation carried out by a professional workshop.
Can I leave the AAC module installed during the recalibration of the combination meter?
Yes, the AAC module has been successfully tested during the calibration of the combination meter.
What tools do I need to install the AAC Module?
For most Toyota models, only a few basic tools are needed:
– A 10 mm wrench
– A Phillips screwdriver
– Some masking tape
– A cloth to protect surfaces
Will installing the AAC module affect my vehicle warranty?
Your warranty remains intact. Problems unrelated to the module are covered as usual. Only if the module itself caused damage would it be excluded - an unlikely scenario.
Is the AAC Module visible to the dealer?
No, the AAC Module is completely invisible to the dealer or any other parties like MFK or similar and It does not appear in diagnostics.
What if I change my mind?
You’re free to decide. The AAC module is easy to remove, leaves no trace, and comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
